These so-called pigmentary dark circles are particularly complicated to manage, because the cosmetic active ingredients usually used in anti-dark circles products are covering but not treating. Faced with this problem which can affect the expression of the eyes, CEBELIA had to offer an innovative and effective solution, in a formula adapted to the fragile area around the eyes.

Eye Brightener is an eye contour treatment dedicated to pigmented dark circles, i.e. black and brown circles (not to be confused with vascular dark circles (blue, purple).

It acts at different stages of the melanogenesis process at the origin of the formation of skin hyperpigmentation in order to limit its formation and reduce brown circles. This multimodal response is enabled by the combination of our patented PEKALINE® active ingredient, with active ingredients recognized for their complementary action on spots, in a formula adapted to the sensitive area around the eyes.

How To Use

apply twice a day, morning and evening, using circular movements on cleansed skin. In case of sun exposure, it is necessary to use high sun protection. Avoid contact with eyes. Can be applied to the upper eyelid if necessary.

Simultaneous use possible with L.C.E Regard with tinted formula to camouflage dark circles.

Formula providing a multimodal response acting at several levels of melanogenesis:

PEKALINE: Acts at 2 major and complementary stages of the stain formation process: it prevents the production of the tyrosinase enzyme and it blocks the remaining enzymes (acidification of the melanosome).

Vitamin C: Inhibits an enzyme essential for the formation of the melanin molecule, tyrosinase. The anti-oxidant activity of vitamin C also lightens already existing melanin.

Niacinamide: Blocks the transfer to the cells on the surface of the epidermis, niacinamide regulates the distribution and distribution of the pigment.
